Harris Sutton Enterprises, Inc. Terms & Conditions – Confidence to Lead™ Workshop and/or the optional Career Strategy Session

By purchasing and/or participating in the Confidence to Lead™ Workshop and/or the optional Career Strategy Session, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Access & Delivery
  • Upon purchase of the Confidence to Lead™ workshop, you will receive lifetime access to the course materials, including video modules and downloadable resources.
  • Access is for your personal, non-transferable use only. Sharing login details, downloads, or redistributing content without permission is strictly prohibited.
  • The optional Career Strategy Session will be scheduled directly with Cheryl Harris Sutton or a designated coach. Sessions must be scheduled within 60 days of purchase.
2. Intellectual Property
  • All course materials, guides, templates, and coaching resources are the intellectual property of Harris Sutton Enterprises, Inc.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, repurpose, or distribute these materials in any form without prior written consent.
3. Payment & Pricing
  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  • The Confidence to Lead™ workshop is currently offered at $27 USD.
  • The optional Career Strategy Session add-on is offered at $97 USD (discounted from the standard rate of $349).
  • Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.
4. Refund Policy
  • Due to the digital nature of the Confidence to Lead™ workshop and instant access to materials, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
  • For the Career Strategy Session, cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No refunds are available for missed or unattended sessions.
5. Disclaimer of Results
  • These programs are designed to provide tools, frameworks, and coaching to support your leadership growth.
  • Individual results will vary depending on your effort, engagement, and circumstances. We make no guarantees of career advancement, promotions, or financial outcomes.
6. Confidentiality
  • Any personal information shared during a Career Strategy Session will remain confidential.
  • You agree to respect the confidentiality of proprietary methods, exercises, and discussions provided through the course and session.
7. Technology Requirements
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technology (internet connection, device, and software) to access course materials and participate in coaching sessions.
  • Harris Sutton Enterprises, Inc. is not responsible for technical issues on your end that prevent course access.
8. Limitation of Liability
  • Harris Sutton Enterprises, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the mini course or coaching session.
  • Our maximum liability, under any circumstance, will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the program(s).
9. Governing Law
  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
