H.E.R. Leadership Essentials Coaching Program Giveaway Campaign Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • This giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees, affiliates, and family members of Harris Sutton Enterprises are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Period

  • The giveaway begins on July 29, 2024 and ends on September 3, 2024 at 11:55 PM ET.

3. How to Enter

  • Participants must complete the entry form available on the giveaway landing page.
  • Only one entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

4. Winner Selection

  • One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
  • The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours after the giveaway ends.
  • If the winner does not respond within 24 hours of the notification, another winner will be selected.

5. Prize

  • The winner will receive FREE access to the H.E.R. Leadership Essentials Coaching Program.
  • The H.E.R. Leadership Essential Coaching Program must be completed within 90 days of starting the program.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items.

6. General Conditions

  • By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and to accept the decisions of Harris Sutton Enterprises as final.
  • Harris Sutton Enterprises reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the giveaway if it is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond its control.
  • Harris Sutton Enterprises is not responsible for any technical issues, human error, or other problems that may occur in the administration of the giveaway or the processing of entries.

7. Privacy

  • Participantsā€™ information will be used in accordance with Harris Sutton Enterprises' privacy policy.
  • By entering, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Harris Sutton Enterprises, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or any prize won.

9. Disputes

  • This giveaway is governed by the laws of Virginia.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this giveaway shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Virginia.
