H.E.R. Leadership Essentials Coaching Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the H.E.R. Leadership Essentials Coaching Program. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for clients participating in our program. By enrolling in the H.E.R. Leadership Essentials Coaching Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
- Program Enrollment and Participation
1.1 Eligibility: Clients must be at least 18 years of age to enroll in the H.E.R. Leadership Essentials Coaching Program.
1.2 Enrollment: Enrollment is subject to acceptance of the H.E.R. Leadership Essentials Coaching Program terms and conditions, and successful timely payment of program fees.
1.3 Program Commitment: Clients are expected to fully engage with the program, attend scheduled sessions, complete assignments, and actively participate in discussions.
- Fees and Payments
2.1 Program Fees: Fees for the program are outlined on the official H.E.R. Leadership Essentials Coaching Program webpage or communicated directly to the client upon acceptance.
2.2 Payment Schedule: Payments are due on the 1st of the month in which service is rendered. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the program.

- Confidentiality and Privacy
3.1 Confidentiality: All information shared by clients during coaching sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
3.2 Data Protection: The H.E.R. Leadership Essentials Coaching Program will handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
- Coaching Sessions
4.1 Session Scheduling: Coaching sessions will be scheduled in advance, and clients are expected to attend at the agreed-upon times.
4.2 How We Will Meet: Coaching sessions will be conducted via Zoom. Clients should schedule sessions in a manner that allows for time to reflect on sessions and complete any follow-up. All coaching sessions must be completed within 90 days of the start of the H.E.R. Leadership Essentials Coaching Program.
4.3 Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
4.4 Session Conduct: Clients are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor during all interactions.
- Responsibilities and Expectations
5.1 Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for their own decisions and actions. The program provides guidance and support, but ultimate responsibility lies with the client.
5.2 Program Outcomes: The H.E.R. Leadership Essentials Coaching Program does not guarantee specific outcomes. Success depends on individual effort, commitment, and circumstances.
- Intellectual Property
6.1 Program Materials: All materials provided during the program, including but not limited to written content, videos, and presentations, are the intellectual property of H.E.R. Leadership Essentials Coaching Program and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
6.2 Client Contributions: Any materials or content created by clients during the program remain their intellectual property.
- Termination
7.1 Termination by Client: Clients may terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice. Refunds will be handled in accordance with the refund policy.
7.2 Termination by Program: The H.E.R. Leadership Essentials Coaching Program reserves the right to terminate a client’s participation for violations of these terms and conditions or any other reason deemed appropriate.
- Limitation of Liability
8.1 Disclaimer: The H.E.R. Leadership Essentials Coaching Program is provided "as is" and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
